Firmly grounded in a multidisciplinary approach, my practice explores the intersections of installation, photography, video, painting and sculpture to reveal the therapeutic potential of art-making. Through mapping physical and emotional landscapes with natural and found materials, I explore how trauma is held, stored and expressed within the body. I am interested in how memory, sensation and material can operate as parallel systems of recording experience, and how making can function as both an investigative and reparative process.
